MMF (Music Managers Forum) is the world’s largest professional community of music managers. Since its inception in 1992, the MMF has worked hard to educate, inform and represent UK managers as well as offer a network through which managers can share experiences, opportunities and information.
Record in Iceland is a promotional effort run by Iceland Music, in collaboration with Business Iceland, Iceland’s foreign service and Reykjavik Music City. The project is funded by the Ministry of Culture and Business Affairs. Which means that with this program 25% of music production costs incurred in Iceland are refundable. That includes Flights, Accommodation and all studio costs.
Iceland Airwaves is an immersive, multi-genre music festival held across a multitude of venues in the country’s capital, Reykjavík. This festival showcases acts ranging from unheard-of up-and-comers to headline status artists, ranging from established international talent to the country’s rich melting pot of domestic rising stars.
