Taste of Iceland DENVER – live performances by LÓN, RAKEL, Salóme Katrín & ZAAR
After visiting Boston this month, Taste of Iceland 2022 will make a stop in Denver on May 12-15.
Taste of Iceland is an annual event celebrating Icelandic culture across North America. This festival offers a cultural travel to Iceland through a series of events in celebration of the best of Icelandic culture through food, music, literature, and more.
The events will be hosted at Coohills Restaurant, Globe Hall, Tattered Cover Book Store, The Mercantile, IronWorks and Chez Artiste offering something for everyone to experience a piece of Iceland.
Don´t miss out the Reykjavik Calling concert with uprising Icelandic musicians Lón, RAKEL, Salóme Katrín & ZAAR, and DJ Hermigervill during a live performance at Globe Hall.

A longtime heavyweight of the Icelandic music scene, DJ Hermigervill, multi-instrumentalist, producer and composer has worked with many notable Icelandic artists, produced a multitude of Icelandic number-one hits and released innumerable records under various guises. Hermigervill's unique electronic live act has made crowds big and small dance all over the world.
RAKEL, SALÓME KATRIN & ZAAR
Salóme Katrín, RAKEL & ZAAR found one another while studying music in Reykjavík in 2018 and have been inseparable since. This trio of talented artists recently release a collaborative album titles 'While We Wait' to fantastic reception in Iceland.
LÓN
Lón is fronted by one of Iceland’s most beloved artists, Valdimar Guðmundsson who explores his folk roots along with powerhouse performers Ásgeir Aðalsteinsson and Ómar Guðjónsson.
